As per return/ exchange policy, only if the product is found defected it will be returned or replaced with a fresh piece.
THERE IS NO RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR COLOR DIFFERENCE. The colors you see on your device may slightly vary due to difference in the color gradation in each monitor.
Damages and issues
DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER IF THE PARCEL SEEMS DAMAGED/ TORN WHILE YOU RECEIVE IT DURING DELIVERY!
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, with a parcel opening video so that we can evaluate the issue and take action. Complains without the parcel opening video will not be considered.
- The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
- The return should be initiated by the customer within 3 days of receiving it.
- We will arrange a reverse pick up from the address.
- Return/ exchange will only be accepted if you provide a parcel opening video.
If your return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any undelivered orders due to incomplete or wrong address details given, the amount will be refunded deducting the to and fro shipping charges. And if you need us to ship the product back extra shipping charges will be applied to it.
